Council members discussed the complaint under unfinished business related to the harassment ordinance. CM Dave Tysz described the incidents as more than harassment and said they are "terrorizing that neighborhood." City Attorney Hanson was absent; Mayor Roy Schulz said he will contact the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) to confirm whether the city may purchase a body camera and, if MRSC approves, he will proceed to order one. The council requested the Water Street issue be placed on the next agenda for further action.
