CFO Stan Heil summarized three INDOT-funded projects covered by 80/20 reimbursement agreements: DES#2401835 for Bridge 38, DES#2401834 for Baylor Wissman Road construction, and a Hwy 150 break project. Heil said the County will pay project expenses from Fund 9124 and Fund 1173 will reimburse Fund 9124 for the County’s 20% share; when INDOT remits the 80% state reimbursement, those funds will be receipted into Fund 9124.
Heil described the funding lines and dollar amounts: the Bridge 38 appropriation items totaled $540,000 across listed accounts; Baylor Wissman construction was requested at $201,852 with a $40,371 reimbursement line; and the Hwy 150 Break item totaled $393,750 with $78,750 as the reimbursing line. Councilors moved to approve the combined INDOT-related appropriations; motions to approve 2e, 2f and 2g were moved by Sam Sarkisian, seconded by Dale Bagshaw, and passed unanimously.
