Board continues Wagler tourist-home amendment to May 27 to clarify local management

The Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals on April 29 voted to continue docket 26-SE-04, a site-plan amendment for a tourist home at 6194 State Road 135 N in Jackson Township, until its May 27 meeting to allow the petitioners to clarify property management.
Planning Director Kayla Robertson read the staff report. Board member Jane Gore asked about certified mailings; Robertson said five were sent and four were returned. No members of the public spoke for or against the petition.
President John Dillberger questioned whether the petitioners' statement that they would manage the property complied with the prior condition requiring a local manager. Board member Darla Brown "suggested the petitioners submit a contract providing their local management company to ensure compliance with the original conditions of approval." Dillberger moved to continue the docket to May 27; Brown seconded and the motion carried 4–0.
