Mr. Marmor told the committee the contract started late and the department wants to finish the full contract year; the committee approved the rollover 4-0 on a motion by Nicholas D. Pelham, seconded by Justin Eberlin. The county will process the rollover in the budget for 2026 and staff noted the funds are dedicated to the opioid campaign contract.
