Funding for the lease was identified as coming from the Property Assessment General Fund. The motion passed with Commissioners D'Agostino and Parsons voting yes and Commissioner Yoder absent.
The space will be used during the reassessment period to conduct in-person reviews so property owners can see estimated fair market values and learn how to appeal if they disagree.
