Norma Meyer moved to set the Christmas parade for Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., and Mayor Dickey moved to allow group '918' to host a side‑by‑side toy run at the Porter Fairgrounds on Dec. 13 with the rental fee waived; both motions passed unanimously. The minutes show the repairs include power washing, painted metal trim, mortar repairs, and pending work on a pantry area and window awnings.
