Residents raise Crosby Street concerns; council says RV issue requires executive session

Mayor Roy Schulz said he had been in contact with Code Enforcement Officer Mike Bogenreif about an RV being lived in on Crosby Street and that he had called MRSC for legal advice. The mayor said MRSC advised that the issue "must be discussed in executive session with our attorney present," and he will brief council members individually on next steps.
At the meeting, Steve Haxton also offered a public comment expressing his opinion about a council member badgering the mayor. No formal action was taken during the public-comment period; the council indicated the RV matter will move to executive-session discussion with the attorney present.
