County launches license plate recycling program to fund training

"So we could cut them in 0.5...once the money comes in, I ask that y'all certify it to our training line so we can use it for training," Jen told the court. Commissioners approved the program and certified that proceeds would be used for training and related registration office needs; the motion carried 5–0.
