County renews OpenGov contract and approves Tyler Munis change order as part of finance system transition

Commissioners voted unanimously to authorize the change order and the OpenGov renewal, noting that some Tyler Munis implementation services had been revised. The approvals are contingent on final budget adoption where noted.
