Most satellite sites will be open 8 a.m.–5 p.m., while the elections building will be open 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on the last day of early voting; Sunday service will not be offered at any location. She also presented a list of presiding judges and alternates (submitted by parties as required by Texas Election Code) and recommended clerk staffing for busier sites.
Cricket said sample ballots will be posted on the county website (sample‑ballots page) in mid‑September and reminded voters to check district boundaries to know if a given proposition appears on their ballot. The court moved to approve the polling locations, presiding judges, clerk allocations and several joint interlocal contracts with local ISDs and utility districts for the election; the motions carried on unanimous votes.
Implementation: elections staff will finalize sample ballots online and coordinate with contracted entities and presiding judges ahead of the Nov. 4 election.
