Commissioner Mark E. Bolduc abstained from the discussion and vote because he had donated to the group's fundraiser. Commissioner Vern Eames moved to approve waiving the $348.52 fee and Commissioner Ronald Buhler seconded; the motion carried. The waiver will reduce the group's immediate out-of-pocket cost for preparing the structure, and the county clerk was asked to provide Mr. Woodward and others with meeting minutes documenting prior payment decisions when requested.
The waiver was approved as a one-time administrative action; no ongoing funding or county program support was authorized at this session.
