Hatcher then moved to set the public hearing for August 10, 2026; Commissioner Bart Wilks seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Eldridge and Administrator Cindy Williams were directed to post the notice on the courthouse bulletin board and arrange four weeks of publication in the local newspaper and 30-day mailed notices to adjoining landowners and utility companies as required by statute.
