Staff described the site and said the location is compatible with the master plan and surrounding commercial uses; staff reported 15 notices were sent with no responses in favor or against and one undelivered.
Veronica Carrera, who identified herself as an acute-care adult nurse practitioner and owner of Drip House Wellness and Beauty, told commissioners the practice is preparing to open and said, “Currently, August 15.” Commissioners asked about staffing and compliance with licensing and building-permit requirements; staff reminded the body that licenses must be submitted before a certificate of occupancy is issued. A motion to approve the SUP was seconded and passed by voice vote.
