She also described arrangements for biohazard and sharps removal, saying she has “a company that... pick up sharps and biohazard as well.” Staff reminded the commission that a licensed professional (a doctor or registered nurse) must be on staff and that the city will require submission of professional licenses and building permits before a certificate of occupancy is issued. Following questions, a motion to approve the SUP was seconded and carried by voice vote.
