Jordan Waters (speaker 5) moved that county general services prepare an ICIP list for the PSEC with director Fox and DCM Masterson; the motion was seconded and approved on voice vote. Deputy Manager Masterson said county staff would create the necessary IDs, upload 4–5 items before the June 30 deadline, and return the list for the board’s formal approval. "I'll get my general services team to to kinda create that unique ID, get some stuff uploaded to the state... We'll get them uploaded, and then I'll come to you at the next meeting for formal approval," Masterson said.
On dispatch fees, a motion from Town of Bernalillo (speaker 3) to form a subcommittee was debated and amended. After discussion about membership and structure, members adopted an amendment to form a three‑member subcommittee composed of one governance member, one operations member and one at‑large tribal representative; the amended motion passed by voice vote. Members volunteered to serve and county staff will coordinate the first meeting and seek tribal participation; the subcommittee will elect a chair to present recommendations to the governance board.
