Board members asked procedural questions about how protests are processed; Chris explained that protests are placed in the applicants’ file and that hearings can be requested through the engineer’s office if parties want one.
On scheduling and procedural business, the chair announced the next meeting for Nov. 25 at 6 p.m. The board then moved to approve and adopt minutes from the July 29 meeting; the motion was moved and seconded and the chair called for a vote — the board responded "Aye." The meeting adjourned at 06:35.
