ACSO staff member Larry Wasson presented the surveyor’s report and PowerPoint at the public hearing, saying the proposed assessments would generate $7,656 in annual collections and produce an eight‑year high balance of $61,248. He told the board the engineer’s estimate for the maintenance work is $145,720. No letters or residents spoke in favor or opposition. Ron Turpin moved to close the hearing and later moved to approve Doc #26-001; the motion, seconded by Rich Beck, carried.
The approval establishes the district and assessment rates; the minutes do not record a subsequent schedule for advertisement or start of work. The board’s action was recorded as “motion carried.”
