The Gooding County Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the minutes from its March 17, 2026 meeting after a motion by Commissioner Terry Behunin and a second by Commissioner Kathleen Goicoechea. The motion passed with all commissioners voting in favor.
In the same session the Commission adopted Findings of Fact for two variances from hearings held March 17, 2026. Commissioner Daret Lamm moved to approve the Findings of Fact for Tim Richard of Forsgren Associates; Commissioner Terry Behunin seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Lamm then moved to approve the Findings of Fact for Rodney Fernandes; Terry Behunin seconded and that motion also passed unanimously. The minutes record no dissent and no amendments to the Findings of Fact.
