The Lammersville Unified School District governing board opened a public hearing on Sept. 3 to consider the sufficiency of textbooks and instructional materials for the 2025–26 school year and received no public comments. Staff told the board, "We have sufficiency in textbooks, but that is the report," and recommended adoption of the resolution.
Trustee Stephanie Olsen moved to adopt governing board resolution 25‑26‑01; Trustee Venita Daniel seconded the motion. The board approved the resolution on a roll call vote with five ayes and no noes.
The resolution confirms the district has instructional materials that meet state requirements for the coming school year and will be included in district records as required.
