Commission approves 49-foot access easement to resolve mobile-home encroachment

Staff explained that Article 4 Section 2-6 requires a 50-foot access easement and that the applicant requested a 49-foot width to accommodate an existing mobile home. "Staff recommends approval," staff said. The planning commission moved, seconded, and the motion carried.
The approval reduces the required easement by one foot specifically to address the existing encroachment; staff said the change would only apply to this parcel and will be recorded with the development file.
