APC approves March minutes and adjourns; Board schedules Comprehensive Plan follow-up
Summary
At the April 28 joint meeting, the Area Plan Commission approved the March 24 minutes by roll call and adjourned at 7:59 p.m.; the Board of Commissioners agreed to continue the Comprehensive Plan discussion at the APC meeting on May 26, 2026.
APC member Jane Gore moved to approve the minutes for March 24, 2026; Randy Jones seconded. A roll call vote recorded Tim Allen, Jane Gore, Randy Jones, Andy Voils and Carol Bowden as voting yes, carrying the motion to approve the minutes.
The Brown County Board of Commissioners then agreed to continue the Comprehensive Plan discussion at the APC’s next regular meeting on May 26, 2026. Later, Randy Jones moved to adjourn the APC meeting at 7:59 p.m.; Andy Voils seconded, a voice vote was taken and "all were in favor." The Board had already adjourned its portion of the meeting earlier.
