Highway Superintendent John Pluimer presented sealed bids for crushed stone from US Aggregates, Rock Creek and IMI with per-ton pricing for two sizes (11's and 73's). Pluimer recommended accepting all three vendors and Commissioner Laura Coons moved to approve all bids; Dan Borgenheimer seconded and the vote was recorded as 2-0.
Pluimer also reported finishing work on 500 E and asked to sell two dump trucks identified as truck #8 and truck #9. Commissioners voted to accept sealed bids for the two surplus trucks (motion by Dan Borgenheimer; second by Laura Coons; vote 2-0). The minutes list the per-ton prices for each bidder but do not record which vendor was awarded a specific contract for particular loads.
