County says CAD (Motorola Spillman) is functional after long rollout; NCCIS link still pending

Chair reported the county submitted the project milestone completion certificate to Motorola after nearly three years of work to install Motorola Spillman as the CAD product. "So almost 3 years later, it's probably one of the longer projects that Motorola has had. However, CAD is functional," the chair said.
Elko dispatch staff said a recent update started linking CAD to the new NCCIS system but the link is not yet fully functional and will require follow-up with the vendor. Dispatch staff also reported they are receiving phone-system data dumps into CAD and will continue coordinating with Motorola and NGA to complete the integration and resolve any server-side issues.
