Several items were approved with conditions; one window-size replacement request at 420 West Francis was denied and another chimney reconstruction using new brick was approved conditionally.
Commissioners discussed the need for better follow-up on prior approvals and highlighted a visible roof violation on a Main Street property where a plan must be fixed before other work proceeds. Staff said the project monitoring list will be redistributed and that monitoring assignments will be updated with the new member.
