Montgomery County commissioners recess to executive session to review personnel actions

The Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners recessed its March 31, 2026 regular session to an executive session to review personnel matters after a motion by Commissioner Judy Dodge. The motion, moved at 9:33 a.m. and seconded by Commissioner Mary A. McDonald, was recorded as: "Commissioner Dodge moved to recess the Regular Meeting at 9:33 a.m. to Executive Session to discuss Appointments, Dismissals, Promotions, Job Postings, Resignations, Discipline, Pending Litigation, Employments, and Economic Development." The board voted by roll call — Rice, McDonald and Dodge recorded "aye" — and the executive session was called to order at 9:35 a.m.

Minutes filed in the record state that Michael B. Colbert presented personnel actions during the executive session.
