Fulton County approves RFP for Wabash Cannonball Trail feasibility and governance study

The study is intended to evaluate whether unimproved portions of the trail are viable for paving and to determine an appropriate governance, maintenance and funding structure before advancing construction. The board moved and approved the RFP authorization 2-0. The RFP process will determine whether and how the county proceeds to construction funding and implementation.
