Fulton County commissioners approve routine resolutions, rescind and reauthorize a workforce subgrant

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a package of routine actions on March 31, 2026, voting 2-0 on multiple resolutions including approval of the March 19 minutes (Resolution 2026-202), the agenda (2026-203), and payment of bills (2026-204). Commissioner Jeff Rupp moved the minutes approval and Commissioner Joe Short seconded; similar motions and 2-0 votes carried the other routine items.
The board also adopted Resolution 2026-209 to rescind Resolution 2026-184 after Fulton County JFS reported the Greater Ohio Workforce Board sent the wrong agreement, and subsequently approved Sub-Grant Agreement 2026-34 with the Greater Ohio Workforce Board (Resolution 2026-210) to provide workforce development services for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028. The record shows consistent 2-0 votes on those items. Several other administrative contracts and approvals were acted on, including a consulting agreement for the Auditor’s Office (Resolution 2026-211) and approval of purchase orders and travel requests (Resolution 2026-215).
