The board voted to approve the district’s 2024–25 School Accountability Report Cards (SARC) after staff explained the timing challenges caused by delayed state data. "The timing was poor for January," said the superintendent while explaining that some state-supplied information arrived late and affected the assembly of the SARC.
Trustees asked for clarity on the timeline; one trustee noted it looks unusual to approve the report after publication but staff said the district controls and verifies its own data and will aim to put future reports in the proper order as state timing allows. The motion to approve passed with five ayes following the student preferential vote.
