The Lammersville board voted to approve facility usage fees and related projects totaling $46,459.57. Staff presented the item as having gone through the facilities committee and subcommittee review and recommended board approval of four projects: LED basketball scoreboard display for the elementary multipurpose room, basketball backboards for two elementary sites, a soccer goal and net set for Mountain House High, and two Generac mobile light towers for the high school.
On the proposal Trustee Olsen moved to approve the facility usage fees. Staff summarized the cost breakout and recommended the board move forward. "This has gone through our process, to the facilities committee, approval through the subcommittee, and to the board tonight. We recommend all four projects be approved," staff said. The board voted 5–0 to approve the expenditures. Trustee Modi later noted that community facility rentals both support community groups and generate funds that can be reinvested in students.
