The Lammersville Joint Unified School District governing board approved the consent agenda by unanimous vote, accepting routine minutes, contracts under $50,000, ratification of certificated and classified personnel actions, fundraising calendars, and budget revisions for October and November. The consent agenda also included acceptance of multiple donations: $1,500 from Rainbow Electronics and Fasteners for the white coat ceremony at Mountain House High School; $1,000 from the Lammersville School Foundation for a 6th‑grade science camp; $1,000 to the David Pombo Memorial Scholarship; and $500 toward 8th‑grade activities at Altamont Elementary.
Trustees moved and seconded the consent motion and the board recorded a 5–0 vote in favor. Trustee Olsen then welcomed the new hires approved under consent: Smita Agrawal (ELOP instructional aide), Laura De Leon (noon duty supervisor), Sakina Mittal Parambath (SPED ELOP instructional aide), Yuvashree Sandeep (noon duty supervisor) and Savita Subramaniam (SPED ELOP instructional aide). "Welcome to the Lammersville family," Trustee Olsen said as the board acknowledged the new employees.
