Board approves Chef Anne Foundation worksite agreement for food-service staff training

The Lammersville Joint Unified School District board approved a worksite agreement with the Chef Anne Foundation to provide professional development for district food-service employees. Superintendent Dr. Kirk Nicholas introduced the item as recommended by staff, noting the program has been "highly regarded in the past."
Trustee Stephanie Olsen moved to approve the agreement and Trustee Venita Daniel seconded. The student-preferential vote was cast in favor and the board recorded five ayes and no nos, carrying the motion. The board did not add conditions to the approval and the agreement was placed on the consent docket for implementation.
