Land Bank receives extensive foreclosure and forfeiture update, several sheriff's sales scheduled

Miller listed parcels with complaints filed and service pending (for example, 13345 Reid, Jeffersonville; 11638 Kellough Rd., Mt. Sterling) and noted motions for default or summary judgment on properties including 13 Railroad St. and 17 Miron. He also identified several sheriff's-sale dates and non-oral hearings, for example a non-oral hearing on 10099 Barger Rd., Leesburg on March 13, and listed sheriff's-sale dates in early March for multiple addresses. Miller said petitions to receive land through forfeiture have been filed for multiple parcels under the 2026 grant.
The board recorded entries of default and confirmed sheriff's deeds and other dispositions on a separate list of parcels; a small set of cases were dismissed or sold, and staff returned approximately $30,000 related to two parcels (702 Rose/950 Delaware) to the treasurer. Board members did not take additional votes on these items at the meeting but received the status report for record and follow up.
