During the reports and communications portion of the April 8 meeting, the superintendent said the district had received two of three quotes for roofing work and is continuing to solicit the remaining quote.
The superintendent also described a student-centered effort to take ownership of native plants on campus and said the district is looking into hiring a cleaning company to provide regular and deep cleaning services. The PTO reported plans for a field trip to the Exploratorium in San Francisco and an outing to Six Flags in June.
No formal actions or contract awards were recorded in the minutes; the items were presented as informational and will return to the board for any required approvals.
