Mike Argo, president of the Clay County Fair Board, told commissioners that drainage on the new asphalt parking lot at the fairgrounds is improved but not fully corrected, with ‘‘a few areas that continue to hold water and do not drain correctly,’’ and asked that a Shilling representative attend a future meeting to explain the corrective plan.
