Committee forwards no-parking recommendation for Abraham Lincoln Elementary to council

Staff noted the north side of 26th already has no parking in that stretch.
Alder Wartweiler moved to forward the recommendation to the full council; the motion was seconded and the committee voted aye, advancing the item for council consideration.
