TAC endorses staff-recommended allocations for 28 STP requests, forwards package to Trans Com

The committee recorded the motion as "APPROVED to recommend to Trans Com." The minutes do not list individual vote tallies.
The action advances the selected STP projects to the next regional review body (Trans Com) for consideration and formal programming in the TIP. Committee members did not record amendments to the staff package during the meeting. The committee also noted that the February 25 meeting minutes will be reviewed at the May meeting before finalizing administrative records for this cycle.
