CMAQ and CRP recommendations approved; TAC forwards allocations to Trans Com
Summary
WFRC staff presented CMAQ and Carbon Reduction Program recommendations; the TAC approved staff recommendations for CMAQ and CRP and forwarded them to Trans Com. A supplementary motion recommended Ogden Greenbike be funded through TAP.
Ben Wuthrich reviewed CMAQ and CRP requests and Fariba Soltani presented the staff recommendations for the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality program and the Carbon Reduction Program. A motion by Braden Felix, seconded by David Mitchell, was approved to recommend the CMAQ allocations to Trans Com. Fariba also presented CRP recommendations; a motion by Brooke Stewart, seconded by Mindy Hunsaker, was approved to recommend the CRP allocations.
During the CRP discussion the TAC also approved a motion to recommend that the Ogden Greenbike request be funded through TAP. The committee's recorded actions are recommendations to Trans Com; final funding and program-source decisions rest with Trans Com and implementing agencies.
