Board of Adjustment approves conditional use permit for rock picker sales from residence

Wendling told the board he lives at the site and proposed a limit of 10 rock pickers on the premises.
Chairman Sara Gjerde opened the public hearing; no members of the public spoke. The board voted to approve the conditional use permit as an extended home occupation with staff's recommended conditions; the motion carried with votes from Sass, Hass, Gjerde and Schlagel.
