Mr. Hunt told council staff had performed a review and noted the fence was already installed: "we did a full deep dive aerial search, But beyond that, we really didn't need it because the fence was installed on 08/28/2025." Council member Miss Wingo said one of the conditions imposed would require removal of the fence and equipment if the user vacates the building, and the council approved the motion by roll call vote 6–0.
