The Planning Commission on April 8 tabled an ordinance to amend Title 10, Chapter 19D, Section 16 of the Toquerville City Code to update improvement completion assurance requirements and clarify installation warranty obligations.
Assistant City Manager Darrin LeFevre introduced the item and noted the ordinance is intended to bring the city into compliance with a state statute. City Attorney Kayla Gothard advised that the version circulated to commissioners was not the most recent draft and recommended tabling so staff could provide an updated redline. Commissioner Glenn Leavitt moved to table the item until the following month so that all changes could be updated; Commissioner Angela Harrison seconded and the motion passed 5‑0.
