Alma to seek new home for oil recycling tank or dispose if none found

City utility staff recommended locating another municipality or organization willing to accept it; Wheeler moved and Mahalek seconded a motion authorizing staff to pursue that option and to dispose of the tank if no recipient is found.
Utility Superintendent Russ Pfeil suggested asking Keep Nebraska Beautiful whether they can recommend another municipality. The council approved the motion by roll call; no further conditions attached, and staff were directed to proceed as authorized.
