After the treasurer’s explanation, Commissioner Mitchell moved to approve the budget amendments and the court approved the motion unanimously.
Court members said the contingency transfers would be considered again in next year’s budgeting process and that the moves reflect typical year-end adjustments for contingency-funded items.
