Township supervisor, residents press Reactivate on cemetery access, taxes and remediation plans

Gabriel Arraiza said the developer’s operations team would respond within days and that there is no evidence broken panels cause ground contamination; he also said the developer would provide insurance and remediate and repair damaged equipment. On taxes and community benefits, the developer discussed a model but did not provide a verified breakdown at the hearing and agreed to follow up with documentation.
