The American Fork City Council adopted a resolution accepting the petition for annexation of the Lakehouse Annexation, a parcel of about 9.1453 acres at approximately 1300 South 100 West. Development Services Director Patrick O’Brien said the parcel is the last unannexed property on that peninsula and that an annexation agreement and required supporting documents will be submitted to Council later for review.
Council Member Ernie John moved to adopt the resolution accepting the petition and Council Member Tim Holley seconded; the motion passed. Mr. O’Brien estimated the annexation matter could return to the Council within approximately two months after staff prepares the annexation agreement and the applicant reviews terms.
