Clerk Bondell presented a building permit application from Scot Buerkle for a new building described as storage that could later be converted to living quarters.
Mayor Thielen said the council could approve the permit provided property lines and the building footprint are located and marked. Councilwoman Promise Miller emphasized that if the structure is converted to living quarters the applicant must return to the council to state the changes and pay water hook-up fees. No unconditional approval was recorded; the council set those conditions before final sign-off.
