Plevna council unanimously authorizes engineer to apply for MCEP grant to rehab sewer

At its May 4 meeting the Town of Plevna Mayor and Council voted 4–0 to authorize Brosz Engineering to apply for a Montana Coal Endowment Program (MCEP) grant on the town's behalf to fund sanitary sewer rehabilitation. Councilwoman Promise Miller made the motion and Councilman Kyle Vennes seconded; the vote was recorded as Aye: 4, Nay: 0, and the motion carried.
Rylan Limesand told the council Brosz will include the cost to administer the grant application in the PER estimates. The council did not record any abstentions or absences at the time of the vote; Mayor Gary Thielen adjourned the meeting after the vote.
