The Cayuga County Civil Service Commission on Jan. 13 approved new position duty statements for four roles to be entered into county classification records. The approved positions include WIC Assistant (HELP Program) in Public Health; Watershed Coordinator (HELP Program) in Soil & Water; Confidential Secretary to the CSE Chair (HELP Program) at Moravia Central School; and Deputy Town Highway Superintendent for the Town of Fleming.
Chairman Bruce D. Sherman moved to approve the position duty statements and Commissioner Ryan M. Foley seconded; the motions carried unanimously. The commission directed Civil Service staff to notify the relevant appointing authorities so those positions can be posted and filled under the HELP Program rules recorded in the minutes.
