The Police Jury approved several procurement and invoice items during the Oct. 14 meeting. Jurors accepted a $14,014.00 proposal from Prestige Construction & Management for Clerk of Court office upgrades and approved invoices from H. Davis Cole & Associates totaling $133,285.35 across three projects, including $113,950.00 for the St. Helena Flood Mitigation Project (Joseph Branch), $10,446.60 for the SHPPJ DPW Building (ACT 776 Funds), and $8,888.75 for Charlie Overton Park (RCIP Funds).
All listed motions were recorded as unanimously carried by the jurors present. The minutes also show approval of an invoice from Holly & Smith Architects for $8,373.90 (bidding phase for the new Audubon Regional Library, payable from ARPA funds) and an invoice from GenPro Generators for $3,666.49 from Disaster Project Funds; these invoice approvals were recorded separately in the minutes.
