St. Helena Police Jury approves SHPCDBC appointments and authorizes communications MOU

On a unanimous vote the Police Jury approved appointments to the St. Helena Parish Community Development Board/Commission (SHPCDBC): Tommy Strickland; Cedric Burise (replacing Donald Langston); and Leslie Atkins (replacing Brad Graves). The action was moved by Willie Morgan and seconded by Warren McCray, Jr., per the minutes.
The Jury also approved and authorized the president to sign a memorandum of understanding between the St. Helena Parish Communications District and the St. Helena Parish Police Jury. The minutes record the authorization but do not attach the MOU document or list its terms.
