The outline of routes and final contractor selections were not finalized at the hearing; Jordan indicated staff would return with specific project lists and timing. No formal motion to adopt a supplemental budget for the program was recorded in the minutes. The county agreed to pursue the program within existing budget authority and federal-exchange funding.
The presentation was introduced during the consent and reports portion of the Feb. 17 meeting; commissioners took no separate, recorded roll-call vote solely to authorize the full program beyond approving the consent items that included the Public Works report.
